A
4 year boy presented with chief complaint of swelling in upper
left back region of mouth since last 5 months. Patient underwent
extraction of the grossly carious 64 & 65, 3 months back in our
institution. Swelling did not subside even after extraction. On
examination, A bony hard swelling is present in left maxilla
extending from 63 to distal aspect of 65.Tender on palpation. A
well-defined radiolucent lesion extended from the mesial surface
of 63 to unerupted 26. Lesion exhibited ill-defined
radio-opacity. |
